Preventive Maintenance

Reliable Contractors Group, Inc. offers preventive maintenance service contracts for all commercial and industrial HVAC systems. The program consists of scheduled recurring preventive maintenance inspections where tasks are provided to maintain the equipment in prime operating conditions so that the systems may operate effectively, reliably and efficiently. Tasks include, but not limited to, logging of general conditions, operating data, noises, vibrations, temperatures, pressures, adjustment of control/safety devices, confirming equipment responses and providing reports including recommendations for corrective actions. Our refrigerant management program entails troubleshooting areas where refrigerant leaks commonly occur, notifying customers if leaks are detected and repairing them immediately. All refrigerant management procedures abide by EPA practices and standards. A twenty-four (24) hour, seven (7) days per week emergency service is available on all preventive maintenance contracts.
